  • We offer customized printing solutions for stickers, labels, business cards, invitations, packaging, and related products.

  • Our services are prepaid. All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

2. Order Process

a. Design & Approval

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and customization details.

  • We offer digital previews for approval before final printing.

  • Once approved by the customer, the design file is considered final and production will begin.

b. Production Timeline

  • Standard production time is typically 3-4 business days from the date of approval and payment.

  • Turnaround times may vary based on order volume, complexity, and customization.

c. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. I varies based on different pincodes

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping is handled via third-party logistics providers. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Dollars.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order confirmation via our supported payment methods (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted once the order is approved and in production.

  • In the case of production errors or damaged items, replacements may be provided at our discretion. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with photo evidence.

5. Design Rights & Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded designs do not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

  • We reserve the right to reject any design that we find offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.

  • We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted designs, but we may display them as part of our portfolio (unless explicitly requested otherwise).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors submitted by the customer.

    • Incorrect dimensions, colors, or file formatting provided by the customer.

    • Variations in color output between digital proofs and final printed items.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product or service ordered.

7. Account Responsibility

  • If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities under your account.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are misused or violate our policies.
