Scallop stickers are custom-printed labels with a rounded decorative cut edge, offered in paper, film or vinyl with preset or custom size choices from a minimum order of 25 stickers. These scalloped labels add a shaped finish to product packaging, gifts and favours.
Keep Your Design Inside the Scalloped Edge
The overall dimensions include the decorative edge, so your logo, message and key details need enough room within the central area. Scalloped edge stickers look clearest when the design follows the shape instead of crowding the inward curves.
- Plan the logo and message within the central area, away from the inward curves.
- Check a paper mockup on the actual pack before selecting the size.
- Review small text and any supplied QR code or barcode at the finished size.
Use the preset sizes or enter custom dimensions in inches, mm or cm when configuring the order. Keep important artwork inside the scalloped edge and prepare 300dpi CMYK artwork with 3mm bleed, keeping key details clear of cut edges.

Choose the Material Around Your Packaging
Choose the material around the packaging environment and the appearance you want: dry indoor packaging, occasional moisture, a brown paper look, a see-through label or raised detail. Each option gives the scallop shape a different finish and use case.
- Standard - Economical: paper for dry, indoor packaging.
- Thin Film (Indoor Use): water-resistant film for indoor packaging; water-resistant is not the same as waterproof.
- Transparent (Indoor Use): a see-through appearance for indoor packaging.
- Kraft Paper: brown, writable paper for dry use; darker artwork works better and white ink is unavailable.
- Premium Vinyl (Indoor/ Outdoor): choose when waterproof label material is needed.
- Vinyl with Raised Effect: choose when raised artwork detail is wanted.
- Clear Vinyl (Color+White): choose clear material with colour-plus-white printing for opaque artwork areas.

What are scallop stickers?
Scallop stickers are custom-printed labels with a decorative perimeter formed from rounded curves. Scallop labels use that shaped edge around your artwork instead of a standard plain outline.
Which materials can I choose?
Choose Standard - Economical, Thin Film (Indoor Use), Transparent (Indoor Use), Kraft Paper, Premium Vinyl (Indoor/ Outdoor), Vinyl with Raised Effect or Clear Vinyl (Color+White). Each material has different appearance and moisture-use properties.
Are scallop stickers waterproof?
It depends on the material you choose. Premium Vinyl is the waterproof choice, while Thin Film is water-resistant and Standard - Economical or Kraft Paper should not be treated as waterproof.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Preset and custom sizing are available for custom scalloped labels. Enter the dimensions you need in inches, mm or cm when configuring the order.
Is the scalloped edge cut into the sticker?
Yes. The scalloped edge is the decorative cut perimeter of the finished sticker. It is not only a scalloped graphic printed inside another standard shape.
Can the sticker follow my logo's outline instead?
For a logo-shaped outline instead of the scallop perimeter, use Custom Shape Stickers. That product is intended for artwork that needs its own custom outer shape.
What is the minimum order?

What artwork should I upload, and will I receive a proof?

How is the price calculated?
The configurator calculates the price from your selected size, material and quantity. It shows the current unit pricing and GST-inclusive order total.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders dispatch in 3 working days after final proof approval. Courier transit is separate from the production and dispatch timeline.
