Choosing the right board and finish
Every box is printed on sturdy 300 GSM ITC board — thick enough that a retail box holds its shape on the shelf and survives handling in transit, with a smooth surface that takes full-colour print cleanly. On top of the board you choose the finish that suits your product:
- Matt lamination for a soft, premium touch that resists fingerprints.
- Gloss lamination to make colours pop on retail packaging.
- Spot UV to raise a logo or detail with a glossy accent against a matt base.
- Foil (gold or silver) for a luxury finish on premium and gifting boxes.
Box sizes, styles and mono cartons
Boxes are made to your exact size, not fixed dimensions — share the length, width and height of your product and the box is cut and creased to fit it. The most common style is the tuck-end mono carton: a printed, folding carton that ships flat and assembles in seconds, ideal for cosmetics, pharma, food and retail units. If you need a different style, send the sample or dimensions and our team will match it.
Minimum order, proofing and delivery
The minimum order is just 10 boxes, so you can print a small batch for a product launch or a limited edition without holding heavy inventory. Before anything is printed we send a free digital proof for your approval, and production only starts once you confirm it. Orders are printed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after proof approval, shipped pan-India via Bluedart, DHL and DTDC, with a GST invoice on every order.
