Custom printed corrugated mailer boxes

Single-colour print, done well
This box prints in one solid colour, not full colour, and that's a deliberately clean look rather than a limitation. A bold single-colour logo on corrugated reads confident and modern, and it keeps your per-box cost down on the shipping packaging a customer sees once.
Choose your print colour from black, white, red, green or blue. Black is the most popular and gives the sharpest contrast, while white and the brighter colours stand out well for a more playful brand.

Choosing a size
There are 11 stock sizes, from a small 5 Ć 5 Ć 2.5 in up to a large 16.5 Ć 12 Ć 3.5 in. Lay your product flat and pick the size that fits with a little room for cushioning; if you're between two, size up. We don't cut custom sizes on corrugated mailers, so choose the nearest fit from the range.

How do I set up my logo for print?
Send your logo or design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF, or a 300dpi PNG, in a single colour, since these print in one colour (black, white, red, green or blue). Keep your design clear of the fold lines and locking tabs so nothing important lands on a crease.

What colours can I print on the mailer box?

Are the boxes food-safe?
