- 4 Ć 6 or 4.25 Ć 5.5 inches: a practical size for general ecommerce and gift-package inserts.
- 5 Ć 7 or 6 Ć 8 inches: useful for larger packages or designs that need more message space.
- Custom size: choose this when the card needs to fit a particular box, pouch or insert space.

Paper options and print finishes
Choose the paper around the artwork you want customers to see and feel when they open the order. Each option gives the card a different surface and is suited to a different kind of design.
- 300 GSM Ivory Texture: works well for type-led artwork, simple illustrations and designs where the paper texture is part of the look.
- 350 GSM Velvet Touch Matt: suits clean layouts, minimal branding and artwork with solid colour areas.
- 400 GSM with one-side Spot UV: use this when a logo or selected design detail should stand out on one side.
Straight corners keep the card clean and classic, while rounded corners create a softer outline. Choose the corner style that fits your artwork and packaging.

Can I print on one side or both sides?
There is no separate configurator selection for this. Upload one-sided artwork for one-sided printing, or upload clearly identified front-and-back artwork for printing on both sides.
How should I prepare my thank-you card artwork?
Add a 3mm bleed beyond the trim edge. For double-sided cards, clearly identify the front and back pages in the artwork you upload.
Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
Digital printing does not carry an exact colour-match guarantee. Screen colours and printed output can differ, so allow for a slight variation in the final result.
Can I add a QR code or social media handle?
Yes. Add them to your submitted artwork and keep them readable at the finished card size, away from the trim edge.
Can low-resolution artwork be improved?
Use the resolution-enhancement option shown in the configurator where needed. It may improve some artwork, but it cannot repair every low-quality file.
