The board and finish
Every box is printed on sturdy 300 GSM ITC board — thick enough that a retail box holds its shape on the shelf and survives handling in transit, with a smooth surface that takes full-colour print cleanly. On top of the board you pick the finish that suits your product:
- Matt lamination for a soft, premium touch that resists fingerprints.
- Gloss lamination to make colours pop on retail packaging.
- Spot UV to raise a logo or detail with a glossy accent against a matt base.
- Foil, gold or silver for a luxury finish on premium and gifting boxes.
The tuck-end mono carton
These are tuck-end mono cartons — the printed, folding carton you see on most retail shelves. It ships flat and assembles in seconds: fold along the pre-creased lines and the top and bottom flaps tuck in to hold your product securely, with no glue or tape needed. The clean front panel gives you a full canvas for your brand, and the flat-ship format keeps freight low on larger orders.

The minimum order is just 10 boxes, so you can print a small batch for a product launch or a limited edition without holding heavy inventory. Before anything is printed we send a free digital proof for your approval, and production only starts once you confirm it. Orders are printed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after proof approval, shipped pan-India via Bluedart, DHL and DTDC, with a GST invoice on every order.
Preparing your artwork
To get a crisp, correctly aligned box, set your design up on the flat dieline before you send it:
- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK colour for accurate printing.
- Extend backgrounds 3–5 mm past the cut line so there are no unprinted edges.
- Keep logos and text at least 5 mm inside the cut line so nothing is trimmed.
- Design panel by panel, allowing for where the box folds.
