How do I set up my artwork?
Send your design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF, or a 300dpi PNG, at your chosen size. If you're printing double-sided, send both the front and the back. Extend your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos 3mm inside it.

What is the standard thank you card size?
The most popular is 3.5 Ć 5 in (8.9 Ć 12.7 cm), small enough to slip into almost any mailer. Other common sizes are 4 Ć 6, 4.25 Ć 5.5, 5 Ć 7 and 6 Ć 8 in, and you can print any of them or a fully custom size, see the size guide above for the details in inches and cm.
Can I print a custom size?
Yes. Alongside the five standard sizes, we'll print any custom size you need, so if your mailer or box calls for a specific dimension, just tell us and we'll make the card to fit.
What paper stocks and finishes can I choose?
Three board stocks: a smooth 350gsm board, a 300gsm ivory texture, and a 350gsm velvet-touch matt, each available in matte or gloss. The velvet-touch has a soft, tactile feel that suits a considered brand insert.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Print single-sided, or double-sided with your logo and message on the front and a discount code, care instructions or socials on the back, a common way brands get more from the card.
Can I use these as packaging inserts or order notes?
