A courier poly bag is the printed plastic mailer, a courier cover, that your online orders ship in. Made from strong LDPE polythene with a self-seal flap and a clear POD jacket on the back, it keeps parcels sealed and protected from your packing table to the customer's door.

Self-sealing, tamper-proof and water-resistant, with a POD jacket
A few features make these courier bags secure, and they're all built in.
The self-seal flap closes the bag permanently: peel the strip, press it down, and it can't be reopened without tearing the bag, so any tampering shows at a glance. There's no tape to add and no way to reseal it cleanly.
The POD jacket is the clear pocket on the back, POD stands for "proof of delivery". Slip your shipping label, invoice or return slip inside, and the courier scans and reads it through the plastic without opening anything, so pickups are faster and paperwork stays attached to the parcel.
The bag itself is 60-micron LDPE, a strong, flexible courier-grade plastic that's water-resistant and resists tearing and punctures, so it keeps rain off and holds up in transit.
Together that's a sealed, scannable, tamper-evident, water-resistant parcel, which is why they're the standard for e-commerce shipping and returns.
Courier cover sizes, and what fits each
Nine sizes, from small document covers to extra-large parcels. These are the courier cover sizes, and what each is typically used for:
- 6 × 8, 4.5 × 10, 8 × 10 in (Small) — jewellery, accessories, small documents and single items.
- 10 × 12, 12 × 16 in (Medium) — a folded t-shirt, a book, cosmetics or a small parcel.
- 15 × 19, 16 × 20, 18 × 22 in (Large) — a saree, bulkier apparel or a shoe box.
- 20 × 24 in (Extra Large) — large or multiple items in one bag.
If your item sits between two sizes, go with the larger one.

How do I set up my artwork?
Send your logo or design as a print-ready PDF or vector file with a 3mm bleed. Print is a single colour, so a clean one-colour logo works best. Keep text at 8pt or larger and any lines or strokes at least 1pt thick, so everything prints cleanly on the film. QR codes can't be printed on these bags, so please leave those off.
