How do I set up my artwork?
Send your design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF, or a 300dpi PNG, at the size you want. Print is full-bleed, so extend your background 3mm past the cut line and keep important text and logos 3mm inside it; the rounded corners are cut cleanly to a set radius.
If your file is low-resolution, there's an optional resolution enhancement for ā¹149. After you order, we send a free proof within 24 hours, and print only once you approve.

Why choose rounded corners over sharp ones?
Rounded corners have no sharp point to catch, so they resist the lifting and peeling that starts at a square corner, and they give a cleaner, more modern look on packaging. Sharp corners are the more traditional, boxy look, and we make those too on a separate page.
How rounded are the corners, and can I choose the radius?
They're cut to a clean, consistent rounded radius that looks balanced at any size, not too tight, not too soft. If you need a specific corner radius for a particular label, mention it when you order and we'll match it on the proof.
What's the difference between these and a custom die-cut shape?

What materials are there, and are they waterproof?
Eight: standard paper, thin film, transparent, kraft, waterproof vinyl, vinyl raised effect, clear vinyl and holographic, in matte or gloss. The waterproof vinyl handles moisture and indoor or outdoor use; paper and film are best kept to dry, indoor labels.
What sizes can I get, and can I do a custom size?
Square and rectangle presets from 1 inch up to A4, plus any custom size cut to your design. They're supplied on easy-peel sheets, so they're quick to apply in batches.
Do these come on a roll or on sheets?
On easy-peel sheets, which keep them tidy to store and quick to apply by hand in batches. We don't supply this product on rolls, so if you specifically need roll labels for an applicator machine, let us know and we'll point you the right way.
Are they removable or permanent?
They use a strong, high-tack adhesive, so they're built to stay put on jars, boxes and packaging once applied, rather than to peel off cleanly and re-stick. On a clean, smooth surface, expect them to hold firmly.
Do rounded corners cost more than sharp ones?
No. Price is based on your size, quantity, material and finish, not the corner style, so a rounded-corner sticker costs the same as a sharp-cornered one of the same spec. You can compare both in the quote form.
