3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
Charges are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
We may offer free shipping on few selective products
4. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after full payment and design approval.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on the product ordered and the destination.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier efficiency, and unforeseen delays.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and any additional charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share the tracking link via email.
You can track your parcel directly on the respective courier’s website.
2. Packaging
We use secure, protective packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect the package upon delivery.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

4. Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in failed deliveries or extra charges for re-shipping.
5. Returns & Replacements
As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos. Replacements will be issued if found eligible.
