Return & Replacement Policy

At [Kraftix Digital Pvt. Ltd.], each product is custom-made just for you. As a result, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we’re committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read the details of our return and replacement policy below:


1. Returns

As all our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placement by the customer

  • Dislike of the final product (if it matches the approved design/mockup)


2. Replacements (for Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The product received is physically damaged

  • You received a wrong item/design/quantity that differs from what was approved

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Include your order ID and details of the issue

Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Refund

  • We offer refund on very selective situations, it takes 2-3 business days to review the error and process the refund. The refund will typically reflect in the customers bank account in 5-7 business day


4. What is Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Minor color variations due to digital-to-print transitions

  • Errors in the file/content provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes)

  • Delay caused by courier services or force majeure events


5. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled, as production may begin immediately.
