Each box is a printed mono carton on 300gsm ITC board, the outer carton around your already-sealed bottle, strip or tube. Your artwork prints in full colour with no colour limit, sharp enough for ingredient lists and dosage text.

We print and make them in Kolkata from just 10 boxes, so a new ayurvedic or supplement brand can launch without a huge first order, then scale to bulk on repeat runs.

If you make allopathic drugs that need Braille, serialization or blister-line cartons, a specialised pharma manufacturer is the right fit rather than this page.

Braille, tamper-evidence and leaflets

We'll be straight about what we do and don't do here. We don't print Braille, and we don't print variable batch or expiry numbers across a run. But there are practical options for a wellness brand:

• Spot-UV can add a raised, tactile detail that mimics the feel of Braille, though it isn't certified Braille.
• For tamper-evidence, our void stickers leave a clear "VOID" mark on the box if the seal is peeled off.
• We can print leaflets separately to pack in with your order.

You can add void stickers and leaflets alongside your boxes. For full regulated-pharma compliance, a specialised manufacturer is the right route.

Choosing a finish

Pick the finish that suits your product:

• Matte lamination for a soft, clean, clinical surface that resists fingerprints — common on wellness and ayurvedic packaging.
• Gloss lamination for a shiny, bold surface. It's less common here, but it suits bright, colourful designs.
• Spot-UV to raise and highlight one element, like a logo or product name, as a clear, glossy, slightly 3D coating against the finish around it. It can also add a tactile, Braille-like detail.
• Raised foil in gold, silver or rose gold for a premium accent, good for gift or premium wellness lines.

Keep it to one lamination, or add a spot-UV or foil accent on the part you want noticed.

How do I set up my artwork so nothing gets cut off?

Send your design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF file for the sharpest print, or a 300dpi PNG. Extend your background 3mm past the cut line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts slightly, and keep all text, especially ingredient and dosage details, 3mm inside the cut line.
