You paid for premium labels. Don't apply them by hand.
One crooked label wastes the label and the bottle it was stuck to. Across a batch of two hundred, the real damage is worse β every label sits at a slightly different height, and the shelf looks homemade.
This jig fixes that in one step. Slide the stopper to the height you want and lock it. Drop the bottle into the cradle, press down, lift it out. The next bottle lands at exactly the same height. And the one after that.
- Set the height once: The adjustable stopper locks your label position, so every bottle in the run matches the first one. No measuring, no eyeballing.
- The cradle does the aligning: A V-shaped channel holds the bottle square while you press. Both hands stay free to smooth the label down β which is how bubbles and wrinkles get avoided.
- Nothing to assemble or maintain: One solid piece. No rollers, no springs, no parts to replace. Wipe it clean and it works for years.
- Works with every label we print: Standard paper, thin film, transparent, vinyl and spot-UV. If we can print it, this can apply it straight.

Measure straight across the widest part of your bottle body, ignoring the cap and neck. Under 40 mm, order Small. Between 40 mm and 60 mm, order Medium. If you package more than one bottle format, most brands end up needing both.
No. The cradle is built for straight-sided round containers, so square, oval, tapered and squeeze-tube packaging will not sit correctly. Bottles wider than 60 mm will not fit either. We would rather tell you now than have you order the wrong tool.
It is a jig, not a machine β a fixed guide that holds the bottle square while you apply the label by hand. There are no rollers, motors or moving parts, which is exactly why it needs no power, no setup and no maintenance. You supply the pressure; the jig supplies the alignment.
A few seconds, once per batch. Slide the adjustable stopper to the height you want and lock it. Every container you place in the cradle after that aligns to the same measurement, so a run of two hundred bottles comes out identical.
Yes. Transparent labels, thin film, vinyl and spot-UV embossed stickers all work. Because the cradle holds the bottle steady, you can apply smooth even pressure from the centre outwards, which is what prevents wrinkles and trapped air on unforgiving materials.
No. Order a single unit. This is a tool, not a print run β most brands buy one of each size and never need another.
