These rigid mailer envelopes are made for flat items that need to be sent or handed over neatly. Choose the available size and finish, with a minimum order of 25 pieces.
When to Choose a Rigid Mailer
A rigid envelope adds paperboard support around flat contents, helping it hold its shape better than a lightweight paper envelope. Choose an envelope size that comfortably accommodates the item without forcing its edges or closure.

Choose the Size and Finish
Measure the finished document, photograph or print, then select an available envelope size that gives it comfortable fitting room. Avoid forcing a flat item into a mailer that is too tight.
Every envelope uses 300 GSM paperboard. Choose matte for lower reflection and a restrained professional appearance, raised Spot UV to highlight selected design elements with raised gloss, or raised foil for selected areas with a metallic effect.
Artwork, Proof and Production
Upload print-ready artwork or use the online design option. AI, vector PDF or clear 300dpi CMYK artwork gives the team the right starting point for your envelope design.
Check names, addresses, spelling and artwork placement in the digital proof before approval. Printed colours cannot be guaranteed to match a screen exactly.
