Printing on the metallic finish
Your logo prints in a single colour on the reflective surface, in one of four ink colours: black, red, blue or green. Bold, solid artwork reads best against the foil, fine detail and pale colours can get lost against the shine, so a clean, high-contrast logo works well.
Silver bubble mailer sizes
Three sizes, and what each typically fits:
- 6 Ć 8 in (Small) ā jewellery, lashes, accessories and small items.
- 8 Ć 10 in (Medium) ā a beauty kit, cosmetics or a small bundle.
- 10 Ć 14 in (Large) ā larger kits, multiple items or bulkier products.
If your item sits between two sizes, go with the larger one.

How do I set up my artwork?
Send your logo or design as a print-ready PDF or vector file with a 3mm bleed. Print is a single colour on the metallic surface, so a bold, high-contrast logo works best. Keep text at 8pt or larger and any lines or strokes at least 1pt thick, and note that QR codes can't be printed on these mailers.

What is a silver bubble mailer?
