In beauty, the box is the first thing a customer touches. These cosmetic boxes are customized to fit your serum, cream or lipstick, printed in full colour, and built to look right on a shelf or in an unboxing video.
The board is 300gsm ITC, firm enough to protect delicate bottles and jars. Your artwork prints in full colour with no colour limit.
They're made to fit glass serum and dropper bottles, jars and other delicate containers, cut to your exact size. We print and make them in Kolkata, from a first run of 10 for a PR or influencer kit to bulk orders in the thousands.
Getting the size right for your bottle
Measure your bottle or jar at its widest points, including the cap or pump, add about 2mm to each side, and send us that final size. For example, a 35 Ć 35 Ć 110 mm serum bottle becomes a 37 Ć 37 Ć 112 mm box. We cut and fold the box to those exact numbers, we don't measure your product or change the figures, we work with what you give us.
Not sure which size fits? Here's a rough guide, and any of these can be made to a custom size:
- 1 Ć 1 Ć 3.5 in ā slim serum or dropper bottles and lip glosses.
- 1.5 Ć 1.5 Ć 4.5 in ā taller serum bottles and small mist sprays.
- 2.75 Ć 1.35 Ć 4.25 in ā 30ml pump bottles and lipstick or liner sets.
- 3 Ć 1.75 Ć 5.9 in ā 50ml lotions and serums.
- 3.5 Ć 2.7 Ć 6.3 in ā 100ml bottles, cream jars and small facial-kit sets.

Choosing a finish
Pick the finish that suits your product:
- Matte lamination for a soft, clean surface that resists fingerprints ā the usual pick for organic and clinical skincare looks.
- Gloss lamination for a shiny, bold surface. It's less common in beauty now, but it suits vivid, colourful designs.
- Spot-UV to raise and highlight one element, like a logo, as a clear, glossy, slightly 3D coating against the finish around it.
- Raised foil in gold, silver or rose gold for a metallic accent that catches the light. Rose gold is especially popular on skincare and premium beauty lines.
All four finishes print on 300gsm ITC board. Keep it to one lamination, or add a spot-UV or foil accent on the part you want noticed.

How do I set up my artwork so nothing gets cut off?
Send your design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF file for the sharpest print, and a 300dpi PNG works well too. Extend your background 3mm past the cut line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts slightly, and keep all text and logos 3mm inside the cut line.

Which finish suits organic vs premium products?
Matte lamination tends to suit organic and clean, clinical skincare looks, while raised foil ā gold, silver or rose gold ā gives a premium beauty line that lift. Spot-UV sits in between, highlighting a logo without covering the whole box.
Do you offer rose gold foil?
Yes. Raised foil comes in gold, silver and rose gold. Rose gold is a favourite on skincare and beauty packaging, so if that's your brand's look, it's ready to go.
Do you cut windows or add handles or inserts?
We keep it honest: no window cutting and no handles on these boxes. They're clean folding cartons made to your product. If you need a window-style or rigid presentation box, a collapsible rigid box is the better route.
What board and material do you use?
300gsm ITC board throughout, printed in full colour. It's firm enough to protect delicate bottles and jars and takes all four finishes ā matte, gloss, spot-UV and raised foil ā cleanly.
Do you print in full colour?
Yes, full colour with no colour limit. Your artwork, gradients and multi-colour designs all print cleanly, so you're not stuck reducing a design to one or two flat colours like screen printing.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk cosmetic boxes?
