A candle that looks the best sells the fastest, and these boxes do exactly that. Each one is customized to fit your jar or pillar candles, printed in full colour so your product stands out, and sturdy enough to reach your customer undamaged.

The board is 300 GSM ITC — thick and firm, so the box won't bend on the shelf and holds a glass jar steady during shipping. It prints full colour cleanly, so your artwork, gradients and multi-colour labels come out sharp, with no limit on the number of colours.

Every box holds a single candle — jar, pillar, votive or tealight — so nothing slides once it's inside. We print and make them in Kolkata, to handle everything from sample runs of 10s to bulk orders of 1000s.

Getting the size right for your candle

Measure your candle's width (or jar diameter), height and depth, then add about 2mm to each side so the box isn't tight and the candle doesn't rattle once it's inside. For a glass jar, measure at the widest point, usually the lid or rim. For example, a 74 × 74 × 90 mm jar becomes a 76 × 76 × 92 mm box, and that's the size to send us.

Not sure which size fits what? Here's a rough guide, and any of these can be made to a custom size:

• 2.5 × 2.5 × 2.5 in — votive candles, tealight multipacks, small sample tins.
• 3 × 3 × 3 in — small jar candles, short pillar candles, travel tins.
• 3 × 3 × 3.5 in — standard 8–9 oz jar candles and taller jars.
• 4 × 4 × 3 in — large or wide jar candles, multi-wick candles, candle gift sets.

Tall pillar candles usually need a custom height, so send the dimensions and we'll cut the box to fit.

Protecting a glass jar in transit

A box cut snug to your jar is your first protection: with about 2mm clearance the glass can't slide or knock about, and 300 GSM board holds that shape through shipping. For fragile or heavier jars you may want extra cushioning inside — inserts and padding are readily available in the market, though we don't supply them ourselves. If protection matters, tell us your jar and we'll size the box as snug as it safely can be.

How do I set up my artwork so nothing gets cut off?

Send your design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF file for the sharpest print, and a 300dpi PNG works well too. Extend your background 3mm past the cut line so no white edge shows if the cut shifts slightly, and keep all text and logos 3mm inside the cut line.
