Getting the size right for your sticks
Measure your stick bundle at its longest and widest points ā the length of the sticks plus the width and height of the bundle ā add about 2mm to each side, and send us that final size. We cut and fold the box to those exact numbers, we don't measure your sticks or change the figures, we work with what you give us. For example, a 235 Ć 20 Ć 20 mm bundle becomes a 237 Ć 22 Ć 22 mm box.
Because agarbatti boxes are long and narrow, the layout matters, so we'll help set up the dieline and show it in your proof. Not sure which size fits? Here's a rough guide, and any of these can be made custom:

Choosing a finish
Pick the finish that suits your incense line:

- Spot-UV to raise and highlight one element, like a logo or the scent name, as a clear, glossy, slightly 3D coating against the finish around it.
- Raised foil in gold, silver or rose gold for a metallic accent that catches the light ā the finish premium and export incense brands reach for.

How do I set up my artwork for a long, thin box?
Send your design as an Adobe Illustrator or vector PDF file for the sharpest print, or a 300dpi PNG. Keep a 3mm bleed past the cut line and your text and logos 3mm inside it, so nothing important is lost on a narrow panel.

Will the box protect long sticks and stop them crushing in transit?
Yes. The 300gsm board is firm, and because the box is cut snug to your stick length, the sticks stay supported end to end rather than sliding and snapping. It's built for the long, thin shape agarbatti needs.
Can you make the box for my exact stick length?
Yes. Measure your stick bundle's length, width and height, add about 2mm to each side, and send us that final size; we make the box to those exact numbers. Any of our stock sizes can also be adjusted to a custom size.
Which finishes give the best shelf standout?
Raised foil in gold, silver or rose gold gives premium and export incense that lift, and spot-UV highlights a logo or scent name without covering the whole box. Matte suits organic and wellness lines, while gloss works for bright, bold designs.
Can I order a low quantity for a new scent?

Does the box help keep the aroma in?
The sticks sit inside a closed carton with their inner wrap, which helps hold the scent in and keep dust out during storage and transit. For long-term aroma, we'd still suggest keeping the boxes sealed and out of direct heat.
Do you make dhoop stick and cone boxes too?
Dhoop sticks fit the same long, thin boxes as agarbatti, so those run the same way. Dhoop cones are a different shape, so send us the cone size and we'll size a box to suit or advise on the best fit.
What board and material do you use?
300gsm ITC board throughout, printed in full colour. It's firm enough to hold long, thin sticks without bending, and it takes all four finishes ā matte, gloss, spot-UV and raised foil ā cleanly.
Do you print in full colour?
Yes, full colour with no colour limit. Your artwork, gradients and multi-colour designs all print cleanly, so you're not stuck reducing a design to one or two flat colours like screen printing.
Can you help with the box design?
Yes. You can lay out your own design in our design studio with a 3D preview, or send us your artwork and idea and we'll help set up the dieline for the long, narrow format. The free proof shows the flat dieline before anything prints.
Do you sell blank or ready-made agarbatti boxes in bulk?
